Board Certified trial attorney litigating since 1980 in multiple areas of complex commercial and business litigation at all levels of state and federal trial and appellate courts and commercial arbitration proceedings, including banking, creditor bankruptcy, commercial, construction, contract, consumer, employment, franchise, fraud, insurance, landlord/tenant, lender liability, premises liability, real estate, RICO, securities, trademark infringement.

ADR Training:
5,000+ hours of basic and advanced mediation, negotiation and arbitration training and teaching experience, trained more than 5,000 attorney-mediators and judges across the United States, England, Mexico and Turkey, Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law and Pepperdine Law School teaching classes in Mediation and Negotiation.
