Trial attorney for more than 25 years in multiple areas of complex commercial and business litigation at all levels of state and federal trial and appellate courts and commercial arbitration proceedings, including banking, bankruptcy, commercial, construction, contract, consumer, employment, franchise, fraud, insurance, landlord/tenant, lender liability, premises liability, real estate, RICO, securities and trademark infringement.

More than 4,000 hours of basic and advanced mediation, negotiation and arbitration training and teaching experience, trained more than 5,000 attorney-mediators and judges across three continents and the United Kingdom. Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law, teaching classes in Mediation and Negotiation.
